In addition to our weekly time of worship together on Sunday mornings, we have many more exciting opportunities for us to grow together as a church family and in our knowledge of our Savior!

Women's Ministry

RESCHEDULED

The women's ministry is thriving at Anchor.  We desire to encourage and equip every woman in our church family to be confident and excited about the word of God and His desire to work in and through them.  The ladies help to meet each other's needs through: 
  • Monthly Monday night  bible study and fellowship-September through April
  • Bi-weekly studies (The book of Psalm September-December)
  • Quarterly Women's events designed specifically for fellowship and gathering around teaching from God's Word
  • Summertime weekly book clubs  for one more opportunity of connection to one another and to the Lord.  SIGN UP at the women's ministry table for a club that works for you!!

Join the Anchor ladies for this inductive  bi-weekly study of the Psalms. Together, you will  explore 15 Psalms that highlight major themes, including wisdom, thanksgiving, lament, kingship, trust, and praise .  Come and see how passages in this beautiful book teach us to "Turn our Eyes" to the Lord through the application of His word.

Family Fellowship


Our Sunday evenings together are designed to be a relaxed time of bible study and fellowship for the whole family! Plan on  the first 30 minutes being a time of shared snacks and fellowship, followed by a casual devotional style study with Pastor Matt.
Grab your family and a snack to share and build this  family friendly night into the rhythm of your schedule!

WEDNESDAY CHILDREN'S MINISTRY 

Adventure Club for Children, ages 4yrs-6th grade: 
Wednesday nights, August through May from 6:30-8:00pm at Anchor Bible Church.
"Adventure Club" is a ministry that coincides directly with our children’s Sunday School Curriculum - Generations of Grace.  It is focused on Bible memorization and teaching children the truth of God’s Word in a fun, meaningful way!

WEDNESDAY ANCHOR
YOUTH MINISTRY 

ANCHOR YOUTH GROUP:7th-12th Grade
Wednesday nights, August through May from 6:30-8:00pm at Anchor Bible Church.
Anchor Youth is a ministry for  Middle and High School Students. We  emphasize the values of teaching of God's Word, fellowship and service opportunities . It is our goal to equip our students to worship with their life  by nurturing  a genuine love for God, His Word , and others!

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

In our new Adult Sunday School series, "True Stories," we'll dive headfirst into key stories from the Old and New Testaments.
 
The Bible's stories are not fairy tales; they are TRUE HISTORY, and even though you may have known these stories from childhood, we want to go deeper!
 
Each week, our team of teachers will unpack these important moments in Biblical history and help us apply the principles to our lives!

Children's Sunday School

At Anchor, we believe the Word of God is profitable and applicable for ages 0-99!
We help our little ones to have an exciting and accurate knowledge of God and the Bible through teaching and leaders who model a love for God and for His Word. We facilitate this through our Sunday School curriculum,   "Generations of Grace" which takes all of our students on the same journey through the Word of God through age appropriate lessons.  
Sunday mornings, 9:00AM 

Children's Church

During  the second hour service, our children continue to grow and learn as they  encounter exciting truth from the Word of God through the "Answers in Genesis" curriculum.  Answers brings the bible to life through engaging lessons and activities. Children will "dive into rich content, memorize Scripture and learn how to apply the bible to their everyday life."

YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL

Answers Bible Curriculum  takes our students on an exciting journey through the Bible. It is filled with Scripture and encourages our teens in their faith, equipping them with ANSWERS for a skeptical world.

Plan for your student to join the other Anchor teens for this impactful and valuable hour of input from the Word of God on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am in the Youth Suite.
